Help your child sign in.
A student's sign-in is separate from the parent's. A child does not need an email address, and the adult password reset email will not contain a child password.
1. Sign in as a linked parent.
Use your own adult username and password.
2. Open Settings → Child sign-in help.
Check the exact child username shown there. You can set a new child password; the old one stops working.
3. If the child is missing, ask a coach.
A coach can check the family link or help the student sign in at practice. Do not create a duplicate child account.
